Who we are

DRS provides outsourced contract management services to some of the world’s pre-eminent financial institutions.

Established in 2009, we have over 125 members of staff operating from our head office in London and our lowercost hub in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne. Together, we speak over 20 languages fluently, including English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian and Mandarin.

From first draft to executed contract, we manage our clients’ trading documentation – operating as an extension of the client’s own legal team – giving them the opportunity to focus on critical risk and core business functions whilst simultaneously reducing costs by up to 60%.
