Jonathan is the founder and CEO of DRS. He began his career in financial services at Barclays Capital in 1997. At Barclays, Jonathan held a variety of roles, heading the legal support for repo and equity financing (including prime brokerage), hedge fund sales and structured OTC derivative transaction management.

Jonathan also spent a year assisting in the implementation of guidelines, operating procedures and reporting processes for the Barclays Capital Documentation Unit (a global team that manages all master agreement negotiations). Latterly, Jonathan held the role of Director, Head of Structured Products managing a team responsible for the execution and distribution of structured products.

David joined Barclays Capital in 1997, working in the Legal department, gaining expertise in derivatives, capital markets and structured products. David went on to manage the Fund-linked Derivatives and Equity Financing legal teams, before moving to the role of Director in the Investor Solutions sales team for three years. This encompassed offering Fund-linked Derivatives and equity financing products to Barclays Capital’s top tier asset management and private banking clients.

David joined Derivatives Consulting Group as a consultant after leaving Barclays Capital in 2008, and was a joint founder of DRS in 2009, focussing on Document Outsourcing and Support projects as well as Legal and Regulatory Consulting.
