EBA tries, tries, tries again with CRR and CRD IV

On 1 August 2014, EBA published its revised Q&A on supervisory reporting under CRR and CRD IV.

The revision is mostly cosmetic. The references to the draft ITS on supervisory reporting are replaced with a reference to the corresponding ITS which was officially published on 28 June 2014 in the OJ. Before the ink even dried, EBA circulated on 30 July 2014 (final) draft ITS amending the just-published ITS to fix various issues.

The majority of the ITS and RTS linked to CRR and CRD IV are yet to be released by EBA, with deadlines for submission ranging from 2014 to 2017. Keep an eye out for the draft, the final, the amendments to final and the amendments to final amendments.
