EU Parliament to consider MiFID II and MIFIR on 22/23 October 2012

Procedure files published by the EU Parliament suggest that legislative proposals in relation to MiFID II and MIFIR will now be considered in the Parliament’s plenary session to be held from 22 to 23 October 2012 instead of the session to be held between 19 and 22 November 2012, as was previously the case.
