EU Parliament to consider MiFID II on 25 and 26 October 2012

On 28 September the EU Parliament published an updated procedure file indicating that it will now consider both the MiFID II Directive and MiFIR at its plenary session due to be held from 25 to 26 October 2012, rather than at the session to be held from 22 to 23 October, as was previously the case.
