We are pleased to announce that the first episode in our ongoing podcast series ‘DRS Exchange’ – is now live. The series overall explore ssome of the legal and regulatory issues affecting the financial markets – from changes in regulation to recent case law to new technologies and ways of working. With views from our team, as well as guest appearances from some of the best and brightest minds in the market, why not have a listen?
Episode 1 covers the impacts and implications of technology in the legal arena. We were also delighted to welcome our special guests; Emma Patient, Senior Legal Counsel at HSBC Global Banking and Markets and Deepak Sitlani, Partner at Linklaters LLP, to what proved to be an engaging and thought-provoking debate.
