EMIR Update

The FCA has launched a new version of its EMIR Notifications Web Portal, which provides ‘improved functionality and provide a more user-friendly web interface’.

ESMA has published an updated list of CCPs established in non-EEA countries which have applied for recognition under Article 25 of EMIR.  The list of 33 CCPs is not necessarily exhaustive – it is subject to change and only includes those CCPs which have expressly agreed to have their names mentioned publicly.
