Project Objective
DRS was required to manage the identification and capture of key data attributes within a population of VM CSAs to populate critical downstream risk and operational processes.
How we helped

Our dedicated team worked efficiently and flexibly – including weekend working – to complete the task at hand. Our quality assurance processes were embedded within the programme, ensuring that quality was not compromised despite the time pressure under which we were operating.
Results
We were able to action the entire population of in-scope VM documents by the required deadline.
Impact
Our prompt response to an urgent request for assistance allowed our client to implement new VM arrangements by the regulatory deadline, avoiding harmful delays which would have resulted in business disruption and scrutiny from regulators.
