Project Objective

We were engaged to manage the negotiation of confidentiality agreements and brokerage agreements on behalf of a boutique investment bank across multiple jurisdictions and time-zones (Hong Kong, New York, Singapore and UK).

How We Helped

Initially the project was a fixed term contract, however, the client requested us to continue via our DocHubTM service. We provide a complete service to our client including document drafting, negotiation, execution, data capture, and template updating and negotiation guideline maintenance. Our services are provided on an extended hour basis via a team to support global time zones. The composition flexes to match the demand volume and complexity of documentation being negotiated.

Results

For over five years, we have continued to manage all confidentiality agreements and engagement agreements on behalf of the client, successfully negotiating thousands of NDAs in the process. Our service has provided an effective and proactive solution to our client – facilitating rapid response to new business opportunities whilst reducing costs.

Impact

We have improved risk management and maximised the time that the client’s in-house counsel devotes to strategic, “high value” legal risk management.
